  Absolutely horrible. These people should not be allowed to practice medicine. For each appointment I waited an average of 45 minutes to be shuffled back to sit among other patients and staff for labs and be given a room long enough to be asked if I had fluid leakage or cramps.. I would be in the ER not waiting 45 minutes to see a nurse! I went here til 32 weeks. At that point I had still not seen a doctor, only nurses and nurse practitioners and at more than one appointment I wasted all that time waiting to have them not even measure my belly or listen to the heartbeat! And then have the nerve to tell me I would have a whooping cough shot. Not ask, tell. It is completely up to the patient what medical procedures you will accept, and I declined and took my records. You should be seeing the person who will deliver you and forming trust, here I would've met the person while in labor or shortly before. And due to the way they treated my pregnancy, I'm sure they push interventions, induction and c sections. I switched to a midwife and couldn't have been happier with the outcome and my delivery. It was more of a drive but so worth it to be treated with respect and feel that my baby was valued.

  After learning I was pregnant, I got the ball rolling and knew I was going to use OBGYN Associates since it was nearest to my home and convenient. I began to have bleeding and as I called everyday to see if they can "work me in" as advised by Best Start, each time I was told no go to the ER. 3 times I went to the ER and a referral to OBGYN Associates. This entire time being told it was normal. Finally I had my 1st appointment on 09/05/17. After getting checked in by a very rude lady, I give a urine sample. Explained that I had been to the ER 3 times. The nurse's aid took my information to the nurse practitioner as I sat in the hallway of the patients being checked out. Then the nurse's aide comes to relay a message of lab work. I didn't get to see a nurse or a doctor and was told in the hallway full of other patients and staff members that I may be having a miscarriage and the "plan of action ". I give blood. Had to call myself the next day to see if they knew anything about my lab results. While waiting for someone to call me back, I miscarried. 1 minute later a lady calls to tell me on the phone I was going to miscarry. I hung up the phone. Later that day another lady called me back to tell me my lab work camera back and my numbers where increasing. I told her what the first lady said and that I miscarried already. She said "oh sorry I was looking at the numbers from the hospital". Then I was told to come back on 09/12/17 for more lab work to make sure it was a complete miscarriage. I went back. The lady at the desk says "have you been seen here in the last month?"...I got back to lab have bloodwork and still yet to see a doctor or nurse about any of this. Please save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere so you can see a doctor. Do Not Use These People!!!!
